Entry:
Contests are open to all residents of the Holiday and Humboldt
broadcasting listening service area. Contests are open to all ages
unless the contest specifies a certain age requirement. Contests
that involve an alcohol beverage sponsor are open to all residents
of the station service area 21 years or older. Only one winner may
be eligible per household per 30 days. Employees and immediate
families of station, licensee, its parent corporations, other
radio stations, and their subsidiaries, franchisees and
advertising and promotional agencies are not eligible. After
winning a prize with a value greater than or equal to $100.00, an
individual is ineligible to win all other contests on station for
a period of six months, unless specified otherwise. After winning
a prize with a value greater than or equal to $500.00, an
individual is ineligible to win all other contests on station for
a period of one year, unless specified otherwise.
2.
Awards:
Prizes are non-transferable. No prize substitution. Federal, state
and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Station, licensee, its parent corporations, their subsidiaries,
franchisees and advertising and promotional agencies and sponsors
assume no responsibility or liability for damages, losses, or
injury resulting from acceptance or use of prize. Winner will be
required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and
release of liability within a period of time to be determined.
Winner must pick up prize 30 from notification of winning. Failure
to comply with these conditions may result in forfeiture of the
prize. An alternate winner may be named. By entering, the winner
consents to the use of their name, likeness, and/or biographical
information for advertising and promotional purposes without
additional consideration. The winner must provide a valid social
security number to the station. Station, licensee, its parent
corporations, their subsidiaries, franchisees, employees, and
representatives and advertisers, promotional agencies and sponsors
absolve themselves and shall be held harmless from any action or
liability arising from any station contest or prizes awarded in
any station contest. All contest entries become the property of
the station. Station may retain any or all contest materials for
any reason that the station's management deems crucial to the
completion of the contest, or reasons relating to publicity and/or
advertising.

Decision of the judges:
The decision of the judges is final and binding.
Station reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal value or
end the contest at an earlier date. Station cannot be held
responsible for unforeseen cancellations or delays of
concert/events or transportation caused by weather, promoter or
performer. Prizes are not transferable. Station reserves the right
to disqualify any winner if the contest rules have been violated
in any way. Contest void where prohibited. Prizes must be claimed
within the prescribed time limits and methods set by station. No
purchase necessary.

In the event, winner is subject to or
the subject of any order or legal process issued by any
governmental agency having jurisdiction over the affairs of the
winner (e.g., garnishment, child support order, judgment, lien,
and the like) Holiday and Humboldt delivery of the prize to the
official representative of the governmental entity claiming a
right to the prize shall be deemed to be the award of the prize of
the winner. Holiday and Humboldt shall be entitled to rely in good
faith upon any documents presented by the representative seeking
to collect the prize in lieu of the winner. Holiday and Humboldt
Broadcasting shall not be liable for any claim by winner for
damages incidental thereto.
5.
